Experience the rich marbling, tenderness, and flavor of our premium American Wagyu beef, raised with care right here at Linzer Ranch. This is the same beef we proudly bring to our customers every week at the markets. No growth hormones or antibiotics.

We customize every order to fit your family, whether you prefer thinner steaks, more roasts, or extra ground beef. Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you want and nothing goes to waste.

We are offering a limited number of whole and half beefs on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, you will be added to the waiting list in the order received.

$9.50 per lb based on hot carcass hanging weight

Freezer Space 10 to 12 cubic feet

Optional: Hamburger patties add $0.75 per lb

What You Will Get

Your beef is custom cut to your preferences. Cuts may include Ribeye, Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Sirloin, Chuck Eye, Teres Major, Picanha, Flat Iron, Denver Steak, Skirt Steak, Brisket, Short Ribs, Osso Buco, Stew Meat, Ground Beef, Patties, Bones, and more.

Note: Items such as tongue, cheeks, and oxtail are limited and may not be available in a half.

Ordering and Deposit

Deposit $1,000 non-refundable
Balance due at pickup based on actual hanging weight
One-time rollover option: If you cannot finish payment but have already paid more than the deposit, you may move to the waiting list for the next available beef and apply your payments

Processing and Pickup

Processing typically takes 6 to 8 months depending on schedule
Pickup coordinated directly with you
Delivery may be available for an additional fee
