Whole Beef

$9.25/lb based on hot carcass hanging weight, plus processing fees

Estimated hanging weight: 800–1,000 lbs

Example:
800 lbs × $9.25 = $7,400 + processing

Estimated packaged beef: 400–500 lbs
Recommended freezer space: 18–20 cubic feet

Half Beef

$9.50/lb based on hot carcass hanging weight, plus processing fees

Estimated hanging weight for a half: 400–500 lbs

Example:
400 lbs × $9.50 = $3,800 + processing

Estimated packaged beef: 225–275 lbs
Recommended freezer space: 10–12 cubic feet

Processing Options

Hamburger patties: +$1.00/lb
Beef bacon: +$3.00/lb

Ground beef packaged in flat packs or bricks will have an additional charge. Chubs are included at no additional charge.

Processing charges are subject to change based on any price increases from the processor.

All weights and yields are estimates. Each animal will vary. Final beef price is based on the actual hot carcass hanging weight.

$1,000 non-refundable deposit

The remaining balance is due at pickup and is based on the actual hanging weight.

Beef is typically available within 3–6 months, depending on our processing schedule.

Pickup will be coordinated directly with you.

Delivery may be available outside our local area for an additional fee.
