Returns Policy

At Linzer Ranch we stand behind the quality of our beef and specialty products and all sales are considered final. However, if you ever find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at We are committed to doing our best to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.


Shipping Policy

- We offer Local pickup at Farmers market we attend weekly near Bertram, TX.

- We can schedule delivery within 15 miles of Bertram on orders of $150 or more.

- We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS 1-3 day shipping. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our specialty meats and cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using ice packs in an insulated package. Specialty Meats are smoked and are okay to arrive thawed out. Beef Cuts will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef cuts are still cold, they are safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We currently ship orders at the beginning of the week. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
